Take a 4v4 tower defense game, add a touch of MOBA, and you have gamigo and Kinship Game Studio’s Skydome. The tower-defense battle arena game combines the two genres into high-speed matches that take place on an isometric field. As with MOBA’s the game offers players a large roster of Champions to choose from when creating their teams and pits them against each other on maps with jungle areas and boss monsters. The goal is pretty much the same as well, destroy the enemy Artifact while trying to keep yours alive. On the tower defense end of things, players build walls and towers to keep the other side at bay. Each Champion is capable of constructing their own unique tower with its own set of features, so players will want to take those into consideration when choosing who to play. Champions also boast “intervention skills” that can used to sabotage the enemy. These include things like death mages, magic portals, and time manipulation. Players can even send monsters they’ve defeated through enemy portals and use them for even more destruction. Play in an ancient temple created by a long gone society to mediate conflicts. Fight armies and mosters from across the universe. And do everything you can to take out your opponent’s Artifact in order to win.
